The resort offered great amenities for kids, including access to hot pools. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent communication throughout our stay. We were even upgraded to a larger room when the one we initially booked was sold out.
The pullout couch in our room was extremely uncomfortable, with a thin mattress and loud metal springs. It would have been nice to have a more comfortable option for additional sleeping arrangements.

We had an incredible time at the premium condos and townhomes up the mountain. the location was perfect, just 20 minutes away with breathtaking scenery. There were so many activities to enjoy, like whitewater rafting and horse rides. We especially loved the horse ride along the mountain trail, with its amazing views. the pools were also gorgeous and perfect for relaxing. the staff were excellent and always ready to help. The room exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Cons: Can't think of anything ☺️.

We had an amazing time at this place! The condo was super clean and spacious, and the view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We loved waking up to such a marvelous sight every morning. The location by the gondola added a flare to our experience, as it made it so convenient to explore the valley and the lake. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel also had a great range of facilities, including a spa & wellness center, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our vacation truly unforgettable.
The facilities are starting to look a bit dated. However, this hotel is still highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
